@tree3545 sorry I forgot about the hips! They are 17" but the skirt is stretchy so it has some wiggle room! The waist however isn't stretchy so 13.5" is as far as it'll stretch 🙁

@sel1490 hi! I just posted a picture. Sorry, this is the best lighting I could get in my house at night 😁 and the skirt does NOT fit me anymore, I couldn't even zip it up all the way lol. So my modeling of the skirt doesn't make the skirt look 😍 haha! I have the measurements posted if you need them! :)

@sel1490 also! If your skinnier than me, the tan part in the middle won't stretch as much as it did on me. This is a stretchy skirt and will conform to the size of your thighs.
