Peek girls ruffle striped peplum top

Love this short sleeve top by Peek. Peek size small (6/7) Grayish/black and ivory stripes with ruffle detail at sleeves, buttons up the back and slight peplum hem. Fabric has a nice weight to it, almost a cotton slub texture (see close up).
