Ivory peasant blouse with tassel ties and bell sleeves from Forever 21. Slightly sheer fabric is 100% polyester (cold wash) although I cut the tag because it was so long. Approx 20" long and 17" wide. Worn once.

what is the pit to pit measurement? Is it loose fitted across the shoulders and upper arms? Thanks
