Pearls as seen in these photos are not the usual. The Keishe Pearls shimmer.

As you can see from the photo (and my photos do not do them justice) these are not your everyday Pearls. These are true Pearls. The crinkled one's are difficult to find and when you do, the price is high. The people I buy them from in China have a waiting list of people who want them. You ask "why", because you see all sorts of pearls . And to say the least, first one has to eliminate all the fake pearls. I can tell you that some are very good. However, in addition to an original design and handmade by me these a authentic Pearls separated by high grade Lampwork rings. The name of the crinkled pearls is Keishe. I buy them from one source who buys them from one farmer who raises the oysters. I have found it rewarding to work with these very different and distinct Pearls, especially the roundish ones. Sometimes I wait months for a shipment. The gray Pearl on the bottom is a high luster natural Pearl. These earrings are strung on coated wire. The ear piece is Sterling Silver and I also supply the plastic posts to keep them on the ear lobe. These pearls come in various shades of cream and white as well as various sizes. The crinkles can vary and I say, the more the merrier.
