Pearl izumi women's fleece top

Pearl Izumi Medium women's fleece top - I bought to use as a mid layer for winter cycling. It runs a little too tight on me (but it is incredibly warm!). There are a few tiny snags in the from where my pack clasps rubbed - see photos. It is in great shape, I used it only a few times, coming from a smoke free home.
