Pearl brooch with grape leaves and vines (silver)

This is a vintage brooch made from sterling silver and pearls with a design that mimics grapes. The brooch is from ~1980 in good condition (see picture for sign of wear). The length of the brooch is ~1 inch and weighs about 6g (see pictures). Amongst all the pearls in this brooch, there are 2 creamy ones with a cool undertone, while the others have a pink shine.
