Pearl Izumi running or cycling capris

Pearl Izumi running or cycling capris. I used these on top of my cycling shorts in cooler weather. They have a drawstring waistband. Also a back zipper pocket for keys or money. One small spot of on bottom of left leg in the white area, please see picture. Size small and stretchy with an 18" inseam.
