Pearl Izumi cycling jacket/vest combo

Great wind jacket for cycling from pearl izumi. Pink and purple is fun and has zippered pockets. The best part is that the sleeves zip/Velcro off to turn it into a vest. It packs down really small, too. I would keep it but it’s too small and I’m buying a size up.
