Mountain bike or indoor cycling SPD pedal shoe (does not include spd clips). Size 40 in my opinion runs slightly small. Used for a few months for indoor cycling still in excellent shape. Ratchet buckle with two Velcro straps stays snug the whole ride.

srichie11 @tiabrreggs unfortunately I don’t think they would fit you well. I am an 8.5 and they are snug on me. I think a 9 would be too tight on your toes.
