@laranbrown Awesome! I spin everyday. It honestly depends on the brand. For this brand I would say I’m a size 9 but my actual shoe size is an 8.5. I also like my spin shoes more loose personally. Many people prefer them tight so if you are and 8.5 I think this size would work for you.
