Peanuts White Cable Knit Vest with Snoopy and Stripes size 2X/3X

Charming white vest with Snoopy embroidery. Features green and blue striped V-neck. Approximate measurements when laid flat pit to pit 23 inches length 28 inches. Size is 3x but looks like might run a little small-please check measurements. Very good condition. Can’t find fabric content but fells like cotton.
