The pants are in incredible performance condition with fresh DWR (I ran under sink water and watched the water bead). No rips, stains or tears even on scuff panels where ski pants typically see first signs of wear. Only signs of wear are a missing top button (hook closure still works well) that can easily be replaced and light bubbling of fabric only around the bottom of the leg and hardly noticeable when worn.
