Peacock feather patterned dress

Peacock feather patterned dress with elastic waist band, lightweight material. Women's size small. I am unsure of the brand as the label/tag is missing. Dress length is 30.5" in the front and 32" in the back from the top of the straps to the bottom of the skirt. The dress is clean and in great shape.
