@tanyacarroll736 13 inches. I don’t know if it makes a difference or not but the sleeves hang off the shoulders. I don’t guess that has anything to do with the other measurement lol let me know if if you need other measurements or want me to try it on and show you a picture with me wearing it.

I’m sorry are you sure the distance between the armpits is only 13 inches? In size xl it’s supposed to be at least 23 inches
