aprilfitzgerald @breazy20 Oh my goodness I am so sorry for such the late response! Okay so no I did not have it altered, it came altered from the previous gal I purchased it from. I am around 5'4, and I am not wearing heels in this. when I did wear heels, it was the perfect length, I didn't trip on it and it wasn't too short.
