Pay what you want!!!! Vintage yo-yo

vintage Old Navy yo-yo toy. still sealed. does have a small tear in package but doesn't affect anything. supposed to be a light up yo-yo. I don't know if it still works or not. I cannot guarantee that it does. but I do think that the tab is still intact, meaning still like brand new and has never been made to start lighting up until someone opens it up and pulls the tab to play with it and get it started lighting. ******offers welcome!!!*****
