Paw Patrol Air Rescue Rubble Action Figure Air Board.  Fold in the short hover fan first and the longer one next to hold them under the board.  Press the back black fin on the board to release the side fans on the hover board.  Minor paint wear. Rubble measures 2 1/4" tall and 2 1/4" long.  Board measurements are 4" long and 4 3/4" wide when the side fans are released.  SKU:T3
