chipperisaacson the waistis 14" quickly tapers to 16" and then 18". There is no hem. The ruffles at the bottom have tiny fringes. The length from waist to hem is 25.5"

chipperisaacson to be accurate- these are the measurements of the skirt flat- so double them to get the full circumference- so waist is 28", tapering to 32" to 36"
