NWT Paul & Joe dress. Made in France. There are 2 flaws. One of the buttons is missing. There is an extra button still attached to tag. There is also a snag near the side zipper. Both shown in photos. The dress is navy blue and the flowers look almost greenish in the light. The stock photos show that a bit better. Falls below knee (I’m 5’5”) Bust 18.5” - because of ruching this will accommodate larger measurement. I’m 34B and I do not fill it out. Waist 15” Length 39” Bottom Hem 28”
