I guess is a 42L Blazer  Size 42L Chest (measured from armpit to armpit): 22.5"   Length (measured from base of collar to bottom of jacket): 33"   Shoulders (measured from shoulder tip to shoulder tip): 19" Please ask any questions to prevent returns.  pmn
