Patty USA genuine vintage thin black button up coat

ok, so this coat/jacket is very interesting. not sure if anyone would be interested, but it's certainly a unique vintage piece. I'm not entirely sure of what the fabric is? it looks like faux leather but it's not. it's almost like a bizarre combination of polyester and polyethylene. I'm pretty sure it's either circa 70s or 80s. the lining is pretty good shape. maybe a collector would be interested considering it's a such a unique piece, so I figured I'd list it!
