Sleeveless with hi-low hem. Measured flat across under arms: 16", waist: 13", hips: 19", length: 32-56". The skirt splits at about 32," but it's like a slit, you can still get a couple of more inches of coverage. Sheer slip layer. Zipper back. Polyester. Dry clean only.
