Patterned dress with cut out long sleeves

The colors in this dress are so beautiful. I’ve worn this to a cocktail party one time! Can dress it up with a heel or wear it casual with flip flops. It’s a great length, comfortable and non restricting! 100% polyester and light weight. The sleeves have cut outs in them that meet in the middle at the arm crease. The wrists are elastic to stay in place. It lands a few inches above the knee but by no means a mini dress. I’m 5’4” 138lbs size 4/6/S typically and this fits me great!
