Patterned bell bottoms

So these pants are actually one part of a dance costume that I wore for my highschool dance performance about 4 years ago so the material is a kinda polyester feel. They’ve only been worn twice they are sooo super cute but the stage the ground for me they are also VERY high waisted capable of touching my ribs when I pull them all the way up. I’m about 5,4-5,5 so these might actually fit somebody taller better.
