Patterned Chiffon Button Up Lace Blouse

This is the most adorable Top ever, it has a thick row of Lace at the top with an incredible striped pattern throughout. The buttons aren't supposed to come undone. The bottom is elastic, so you can make it a crop top if you want & just tuck the elastic under the shirt!
