melliept Hello! These shoes state 8 on one side and 39 on the bottom. Other places I see Patrizia sizes state 38=7.5-8 and 39=8.5. I’m so confused! I am normally a size 7.5 or 38 in Spring Step shoes. Do you have any idea how this shoe runs? Like 38 or 7.5/8 or larger like 8.5/39? Any help would be greatly appreciated since I cannot try the shoes on in person! Thank you 😊 Melanie

cozycubby @melliept I’m not sure about how this brand sizes but I wore these and I am a size 8. So, I would guess that the bottom number = size 8! Hope this helps! 😊
