Patrizia Pepe Firenze fully lined pale orange silk dress -made in Italy Size 42

This is a fun dress. A fully lined silk dress with multiple pleated ruffles and side zip. It states it’s a size 42 but I think it’s more of a size 4. Length from armhole to hem is 26”. This dress is pre loved and is in fabulous condition.
