Very good vintage condition on this patriotic red, blue & light gold statement piece Women’s size Large vest. Halsey collection vest has black cotton lining, polyester backing. There is a black tie in the back to adjust the fit. All sequins appear in place. Measurements: Pit to pit = 21”, Back shoulder to shoulder = 15” & back length top of neck to bottom of vest = 21”. No rips or tears, front closure, buttons.
