Patriotic Serving Plate

Red, white, and blue platter with star design. Perfect as maybe a "gift" for your 4th of July host???? (lol kind of late for this year) Great for chips and dip. Can't tell if ceramic or stoneware, feels like both Never used. Would love to find it a good home!
