Hi there , sorry for the late response. these are all approximate measurements ( but pretty dang close) 4.125 " w , 7 " h w/ 17 " strap drop & 9.5 " L .

the strap is not adjustable, but I'm about 5 . 4" and when I place it on my shoulder it comes down past my waist . Almost the same as a pocket on a pair of pants. pretty comfortable for me , but everyone is different.
