Can you select bottom & top sizes separately, or do you only sell as a set (ie size S top with size S bottom, size L top with size L bottom, etc)?Also, for top sizes.... in your opinion (if you feel comfortable guesstimating...) 36B.... most like a S probably? Are any of the straps adjustable (in top or bottom)?
