Hi sorry out of town for a while trying catch up
I measure a pair of t strap sandals and are almost exactly the same size as your boots
I have several pair of f21 boots I measure
the ones I'm wearing now are a 7.5 I measure n yours are too small
I will def get back on a smaller f21 ones I own n hopefully they will be close to yours
