Patent Leather, Raincoat like mini skirt

Very rock n roll cute maybe a little edgy skirt, full zipper in front, waist to the bottom .waterproof great for an outdoor concert?? Would look great paired with a cute black raincoat. It’s definitely a little funky. Very shiny as seen in the pics.
