sashita420 The waist is 14.5” inches? Is this skirt kids size? I normally buy my skirts XS but my waist is 24” inches. So I was wondering if the waist is really 14.5”

tehlittleone @sashita420 hi hun measurements are always across laying flat so you'd double the number to get the measurement all the way around. 14.5 x2 would be 29".
