Patchwork pattern long skirt XL

NWT. Beautiful navy blue and white patchwork pattern long skirt. I bought this in Scotland last year but have not worn it. It has a sheer navy lining underneath and a drawstring at the elastic waist. It is very full and "swingy"! 37 inches long. Size XL. Perfect condition.
