Patchwork Witch costume dress by RUBIES costume company. This sweet little costume is sure to get your little witch ALL of the candy! Dress is Made from a felt like material with several textile mixes on it. The color is turquoise felt with pink buttons. The patches are bright and colorful along with the lime green accent ribbons, purple trim and turquoise glitter tule skirt. The back of the dress has a velcro closure. Costume is Toddler size and I would say probably a 2-3 T. I’m excellent gently worn condition
