Patagonia hiking pants

Tag says 28 but fits like a 2/4 or a 25 inch waist. These are pretty tight on me barely could get them on and I am 5’8 130 lbs. I put the measurement photos above as well to help. they are in great shape! All zippers work. One small patch on the front leg as shown.
