Skirt is EUC and lightweight for summer. I would say it runs large - it’s a baggy fit for a medium and could fit a large easily.

@trudisfinds sorry for the late reply! Waist is 16.5” unstretched (stretches comfortably to 19”, width at hips is 23.5”), 16” long
