Patagonia Uprisal Hoody

I bought this here in Poshmark, noted size medium. However when I got the hoody it looks like the left size has been completely altered. It’s not noticeable outside however if turned inside out you’d notice that the stitching was altered. No holes notes however this fits more as a small. I typically wear medium so this doesn’t fit. Try to give it to my wife but wasn’t her style. One stain noted as shown by the arrow in the picture.
