Fair Trade Certified™ sewn. This fleece has been worn quite a few times and has some pilling on the back, perhaps where it was worn under a jean jacket, and the poly grabbed some of the cotton fiber. But all the stitching and seams are intact and it's ready for all sorts of cool weather adventures.
