Patagonia Denim Cuff Shorts Size 28 (fits like 27)

Super cute like-new Patagonia organic cotton rolled-cuff shorts. Cuffs are well sewn on the sides so they don’t roll down. I have another pair of these and LOVE them! These are marked 28 but fit like a 27. I am a true size 28 and this pair is too small for me. Washed in cold water but never worn.
