Pat Parelli Halter Blue and White Nice condition, just have others I use instead. The Parelli branded leather tassel has dry rotted quite a bit. But the rest of the halter is in excellent lightly used condition. It’s just been sitting in my barn. This is a size “Regular” on the Parelli size chart.
