Pat McGrath Labs Mothership III Subversive Eyeshadow Palette BNIB Multichrome

Pat McGrath's Mothership Palettes are revolutionary in their form, feel, formulations, textures, and presentation. This, her third Mothership 10 pan eyeshadow palette, is one of my all time favorites. She spared no detail in making this creative gem of a palette. The stunning black lacquered case is weighted at the bottom with a cool, smooth mirrored metal bottom and is housed in a gorgeous presentation box. The compact has a long beveled mirror and 10 of the most gorgeous, shifty, luxurious baked Italian shadows. This palette is amazing for all skin tones, and this version is one of her original designs and doesn't have the cheaper plastic bottom or sleeve box like the newer versions. This color story is so evocative and cohesive, just looking at it and watching the shades morph transports you to another dimension, place and time.
