Pastelle Summer Dress

Beautiful front tie pastelle summer dress. the front tie looks beautiful on the chest when worn. It's a maxi dress but can be unbuttoned on the front to show more leg when walking. Fabric has nice weight to it. It has been worn a few times but has no stains, pilling or rips. It's in great condition. It's a medium size but can fit a small too.
