Pastel brand light blue smocked dress size 0-3 months

Pastels brand. With matching bloomers. Tag is missing size but fits 0-3 month size. Smocked collar dress. Light blue color. Short sleeves. No flaws My mom bought this for me in 1996. She said I wore it once. I don’t have children, so I want to pass this along for someone else to enjoy. Would be such a darling spring, Easter,or church dress.
