Pastel blue maxi skirt

Super cool breathable fabric that's very flowy and pretty but has good weight to it. This is size medium, waist measures 26" but is elastic so could fit small to medium. Length is 35". In excellent condition no flaws. Bought at a vintage clothing store in downtown Denver.
