Super cute 2T pastel rainbow puffer jacket with a silver heart print on the left chest, a rouched waist, and the cutest silver heart zipper pull. The neck comes up high to keep the cold out, and the top of the zipper has a cover so that it doesn’t come in contact with the skin. Washed in free and clear, hung dry, but never worn.
