Pastel Linen Skirt

Lightweight, fully lined skirt. So adorable! Flat waist in front with thick band of elastic in back. My sister is 5' 7" for length reference. It says a small, but because of the elastic it could also fit a medium, as it fit my sister who is more of a medium.
