Yellow gold with diamonds on heart. Carved "Amore" with the o in amore being a heart with 12 diamonds. The second photo is similar from Bruni but only has 10 diamonds mine has 12 and the letters are cut better. I bought ii on vacation in Capri. There is a beautiful jewelry store atop the hill in the center of town. Its in perfect condition.
