Made with the highest quality of pashmina cashmere. Pashmina is a fine type of cashmere that consists of the finest natural insulating fiber to exist. It is weightless, yet regulates body temperature perfectly. The wool for Pashmina shawls is difficult to obtain as it comes from a limited amount of Cashmere goats indigenous to high altitudes of the Himalayan Mountains. Pashmina fiber is 10 to 14 microns in diameter. This is thinner than human hair, which is about 75 microns in diameter.
